Rationale:
Prabuddha Dasgupta inspired shots- This theme was suggested to me by Mr. Vinod and I took it to heart to work on this as my final project.  As it looked impossible at first, it felt rather impossible. But with the knowledge gained in class with the help of our lecturer Mr. Vinod. He guided not just me but the entire class who weren't a single arts major to fall in love with photography. The technical bits was tough but Mr. Vinod pushed us to work towards his expectations, and that made us gained a lot. The feedbacks I received for my final project every week was rather bittersweet; it was always the right frame, just with the model constantly giving away too much facial expression or facing the wrong direction in the shots in order for these shots to be perfect. Nevertheless, personally I knew I loved them. They hold a sentimental value to me, never in a million years would I ever thought I would get to photo shoot someone who is dearly to me, but to also feature them into my final project sounds too good to be true. Not only Mr. Vinod made me overcome my fears by going out to shoot publicly, but he too unknowingly helped the girl gained a lot confidence after giving good feed backs of her in these shots. Honestly I thought I would end up shooting landscape and scenery, which was not what I was interested in. So thank you Sir.
Feedback:
Mr. Vinod chose these five shots as the top 5 to be featured on the final project.
Reflection:
Experience:
Based on these four to five weeks, adjusting the shutter speed to produce that blurry effect was rather fun yet frustrating.
Observation:
During this project, I observed that shutter speed plays an important role in producing pictures with a blurry effect.
Findings:
In conclusion, I never knew I would fall in-love with photography. I know personally I would never stop taking pictures with the DLSR after gaining all this knowledge from this class.
